Free your mind & find lasting wellness!
Aloha, Ashley here- when I first began meditating I found many practices didn't work for me. I am a highly active individual and silent meditations drove me crazy- my mind just would not stop! I started looking into other methods of meditation that involved an active participation and stumbled upon sound healing and vocal toning. THIS WORKED! I found using my voice and sound as medicine to soothe anxiety and ptsd was exactly what the doctor ordered so I jumped right in. After 8 years of study, I expanded my self practice and began leading people into self reflection and mental reprogramming using sound and singing. This is a fun yet transformative practice intended to help you better understand yourself and create new habits of processing emotion that enriches your body, mind and spirit.
Learning strategies to support your mind through change is an important tool for everyone AND it can be fun!
I encourage and empower my clients to use musical notes, frequencies and vocal practices as a way to self reflect, self soothe and creatively express repressed emotional energy.
I believe we have the capacity within us to heal many mental and emotional disturbances that come our way. Sound is the tool to help each of us become active participants in our own healing journey.
As we work together, you will begin to expand your tool belt with practices and exercises that can be used with or without me, ultimately giving you control over your wellbeing.
I have worked with individuals with anxiety, ptsd and other mental health issues that have found incorporating these practices changed how they're viewed the world while decreasing their symptoms. Others have taken this practice a little further and began their own sound healing practices as well.
No matter how you wish to use these tools, for yourself or your own healing practice- sound is a tool I would recommend checking out!
